Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client in Montague Gardens a wholesale meat and frozen food industry leader is looking for a Export Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Managing documentation
Coordinating shipments
Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and updating relevant systems
Ensuring all export activities adhere to relevant regulations and procedures.
Providing clear and timely communication to internal teams and external clients regarding shipment status and any issues.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years experience in import and exports
Knowledge of the Ecos system
Relevant qualification / trainings
Knowledge and understanding of meat processing an advantage
