Administrative Support Agent – Credit

Every day our members help hundreds of clients process payroll for employees across various this role you will contribute to the success of local businesses within a dynamic team of more than 700 professionals serving 62000 clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Analyze and process client files
- Apply established controls
- Perform reconciliations and followups
- Monitor the recovery of outstanding amounts
- Manage credit limits
- Respond to requests from internal clients
- Contribute to improving existing procedures and processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- AEC or DEC in accounting administration or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills required
- Demonstrates analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork abilities and autonomy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40 000$65 000. This role is an existing vacancy.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
