We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Expert to identify new market opportunities and strengthen our presence in the HVAC sector in Türkiye.
In this role you will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders develop new business opportunities and support large-scale projects and investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical designers investors contractors and other key stakeholders to identify and develop project-based business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new and untapped business opportunities in the Turkish HVAC market
- Develop and manage customer relationships to generate and expand a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to drive new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry associations exhibitions summits and sector events to strengthen brand and market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business opportunities
- Maintain close interaction with government institutions and public stakeholders related to investment projects
- Contribute to the development of new business models and growth initiatives working closely with other business units
- Track and support large-scale and mega projects in coordination with local project leads
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering industrial engineering or a related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking capability
- Solid knowledge of the HVAC market in Türkiye
- Openness to digital tools and new technologies
- Active driver willingness to travel and on field presence
- Fluent in English
