Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Supporting the project team in daily operations and reporting
- Assisting project processes from project offering to serial production launch (quoting scheduling on-site commissioning and final agreement with the customer)
- Working with different departments and plants and supporting customer communication
- Contributing new ideas to improve project management processes
- Supporting the coordination of project teams according to project timelines
- Assisting with task assignments and alignment with team members
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet customer requirements
- Supporting the tracking of actions during the commissioning phase of projects
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students or postgraduate students in Mechanical Engineering
- Very good command of English (German is an asset)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive team player
