You will execute our import and export operations to ensure our goods arriveon time at the lowest landed cost while ensuring customs compliance with regulations. To excel in this role you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management timelysolutions and execution. Externally you will be responsible for the operational managementof third-party logistics vendors customs brokers freight forwarders and other stakeholdersneeded to perform and deliver the requirements of this you will be responsible for activities such asdocumentation preparation (invoice packing list bills of lading) customs management trackand trace claims management invoice billing management compliance execution (HSEquality risk management) tenders support and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide a high-level of service to the exportintercompanyshipments process conducted by directreports and support to all functions involved in the process
- Be responsible for export of intercompany shipments including SAP billing documentscreation
- Be responsible for other export documents preparation all of types of certificates
- Cooperate with external partiesfor example customs agencies
- Cooperate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators for shipmentpreparation

Import Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end import operations into Egypt ensuring compliance with local regulations efficient customs clearance and cost-effective logistics execution.
What you need to know about this position:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full import cycle from supplier coordination to final delivery at warehouse
- Review and verify import documentation including invoices packing lists BL/AWB COO and other regulatory documents
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian import regulations including NAFEZA ACID Form 4 and relevant HS code classifications
- Coordinate customs clearance with brokers freight forwarders and government authorities
- Monitor shipment status follow up on delays and proactively resolve clearance or logistics issues
- Liaise with suppliers banks shipping lines and internal teams (planning finance WH)
- Track KPIs related to lead time clearance efficiency and cost performance
- Maintain accurate import records and ensure audit readiness

- Support management with reports shipment forecasts and improvement initiatives
- Optimize import costs by negotiating freight demurrage detention and clearance fees
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or related field
Job specific requirements:
- 0-2 years experience
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations NAFEZA system ACID process.
- Experience dealing with customs brokers freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Solid understanding of Incoterms HS codes and international trade documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication skills in English)
