Project Manager

As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Conduct business analysis activities including cost-benefit analysis As-Is/To-Be assessments and gap analysis
• Facilitate and moderate meetings with stakeholders at various levels ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Identify and propose process improvements through research and analysis to enhance organizational efficiency
• Lead and manage the implementation of information systems ensuring delivery within scope time cost and quality constraints
• Define project strategies plans tasks deliverables and oversee quality control and risk management
• Coordinate governance activities including participation in working groups progress meetings and corporate requests 
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives including strategy execution and Digital-Ready Policy Making (DRPM) processes
• Plan and monitor project activities including resource estimation tracking progress and reporting on performance and deliverables

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:  

• Universitys degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
• Very good knowledge of English 
• At least 5 years of specific expertise project management of IT projects and project management methodologies (e.g. Prince2 PMI PM2)
• Strong working experience with IT governance projects 
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project Excel) and reporting methods to monitor progress and support decision-making
• Solid technical understanding of project domains combined with the ability to deliver clear business and technical presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Committed to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering projects within scope time and budget constraints

What could be an asset for the role: 

• Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner or PM2
