Valterra Platinum is inviting applications for an Engineering Learnership Programme  (18.2- Unemployed) -a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience expand your technical knowledge and explore the exciting world of engineering within the mining industry.

What the Programme offers:

• Structured training that includes off- the-Job and workplace Training 
• Successful completion of this Learnership programme will result in a nationally recognized Artisan qualification.

Qualifications :

The following are the minimum entry requirements for the programme:

Minimum Entry Requirements

• Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) Physical Science and English (all with minimum 40% pass) OR
• N2 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline requirements below:
  • Millwright: Electrical Trade Theory or Electrotechnology or Electrotechnics Fitting Trade Theory Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings Mathematics and Engineering Science.

• Certified copies of all your relevant qualifications
• A copy of your South African ID.
• All CVs from host communities must strictly come with a proof of residence with the stamp from the relevant tribal office or municipality.
