In a nutshell
As a Digital Assets Coordinator youll play an important role in supporting the Digital Assets Team with organizing managing and distributing high-quality digital assets across the organization. As part of our Digital Assets team you will become the guardian of our visual and multimedia content - ensuring assets are accurate up-to-date easily accessible and aligned with our brand standards. Your work will support marketing campaigns digital channels hotel partners and internal teams globally.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management

  • Maintain organize and update the central digital asset library (DAM system)
  • Tag categorize and archive photos videos and marketing collateral
  • Ensure all assets are correctly labeled with metadata and usage rights information

Quality Control & Standards

  • Review incoming content for technical quality (resolution formatting) and brand alignment
  • Implement and maintain naming conventions and file structure standards
  • Conduct periodic audits to remove outdated or duplicate assets

Experience & Mindset

  • 13 years of experience in an administrative coordination or operations-focused role within a creative marketing or digital environment
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems is considered a strong plus
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of image and video formats copyright considerations metadata and file organization

Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and operational teams globally

Technical

  • Experience with project management and communication tools (e.g. Asana)
  • Image editing skills using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
  • Use a keen eye for quality and relevance when choosing assets ensuring consistency with internal requirements and brand standards.
  • Experience with local asset management tools (e.g. Adobe Bridge)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite

  • Detail oriented and willing to take ownership of administrative tasks that support the team
