Purpose
The Project Manager Digital & AI Strategy is focused on delivering digital transformation and AI-driven solutions across Care Delivery International. The role supports the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy and is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects from idea to execution ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy by providing strategic market intelligence collaborating with country teams corporate functions as well as external players and thoroughly assessing opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive measurable impact by leading or supporting projects in a highly effective manner from initiation through successful operational handover and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities defined impact and timelines.
- Ensure performance monitoring track progress identify risks or dependencies and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide or coordinate relevant analytical insights structured documentation synthesized insights and ensure efficient alignment as well as flow of content and informationacrosscross-functional teams.
- Contribute to practice area development knowledge sharing and capability building.

Qualifications
- 5 years project management experience in a global environment preferably consulting experience and understanding of the healthcare services industry
- Bachelors Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluent written and oral language skills in English
- Readiness for international travel
