In this role youll be the strategic partner for high-value hostshelping them succeed retain and grow through smart account optimization data-driven insights and proactive relationship management.


What Youll Be Responsible For

Account Optimization & Retention

  • Own the relationship with newly onboarded and existing German-speaking hosts building trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively addressing host questions challenges and business goals.

  • Drive listing performance by delivering tailored optimization strategies that improve quality visibility and sustainability.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with a clear focus on retention engagement and growth.

  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) and customer success tools to track activity manage pipelines and optimize workflows.

  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach targets engagement KPIs and performance goals in a results-driven environment.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Be the Voice of the Customer (VoC)identify trends growth opportunities and areas for product or process improvement.

  • Partner closely with sales teams program managers and internal stakeholders to refine best practices and drive impact.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and new tools to continuously elevate the customer experience.

  • Actively engage in training coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.


What You Bring

Must-Have Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management Sales or a similar client-facing role.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • German at C2 level and strong professional English.

  • Exceptional communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have / Stand-Out Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) Mixmax or other customer success platforms.

  • Background in hospitality property management or related industries.

  • Process Excellence mindset with a passion for efficiency and quality improvement.

  • High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Entrepreneurial mindsetproactive innovative and opportunity-driven.

  • Strong collaboration critical thinking and openness to diverse perspectives.
