Working Hours: 0.4 0.6 WTE (23 days per week 09:0017:00)

Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Dietitian with specialist expertise in eating disorders to join a multidisciplinary team. This role supports a specialist inpatient ward currently caring for 10 patients (capacity 12) including 9 contracted beds commissioned by Essex partners.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider MDT to contribute to comprehensive clinical formulations and care planning for all patients on the ward providing highquality patientcentred nutritional interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist dietetic assessments and interventions for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in MDT formulation and care planning for a caseload of 1012 patients.
• Provide expert nutrition advice to patients carers and clinical colleagues.
• Support safe evidencebased nutritional rehabilitation and risk management.
• Contribute to service development and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience working with eating disorder populations (essential).
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an MDT.
• Organised proactive and committed to delivering highquality patient care.
