资产评估项目经理

工作内容
1. 独立执行中小型资产评估项目包括

- 前期工作接洽

- 带队完成现场工作及底稿收集

- 识别项目重点问题及风险并与部门负责人沟通协商解决方案

- 完成估值模型搭建及报告说明撰写沟通并回复内部审核意见

- 项目执行过程中与客户保持良好沟通
2. 参与大型评估项目并负责其中关键评估工作如负责合并收益法负责其中核心资产评估负责其中关键下属单位评估等在执行过程中与团队成员保持良好沟通协作

岗位要求
1. 擅长资产证券化类业务资产评估及现金流预测包括公募REITs类REITs/ABS私募REITs等
2. 具备上市公司/国企大型项目资产评估经验
3. 具备资产评估师资格证
4. 具备基本英语沟通及写作能力
5. 财会金融资产评估相关专业优先
6. 具备良好的团队合作能力沟通能力保持持续学习的动力对行业最新动态及新业务类型保持好奇心及热情
