M&R (Cylinder Maintenance) Technician - Respirator Use
Location: Kingman AZ
Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Cylinder M&R Technician to join our team! The Cylinder M&R Tech will be responsible for the maintenance and requalifying and all aspects that are required to put cylinders into the process. The Cylinder M&R role at Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is physically demanding and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level
What you will be doing (1st shift):
- Performs visual physical tests on cylinders before filling and determines whether retesting and/or repairs are required
- Performs cylinder conversions including de-valving valving stripping and repairing valves
- Operates a hydrostatic cylinder tester or ultrasonic cylinder tester
- Maintains certification requirements to certify the cylinders as being retested
- Operates forklift
- Receives incoming new cylinders valves and cylinder maintenance supplies
- Repairs cylinder neck leaks and safety leaks
- Inspects and scraps defective cylinders
- Paints cylinders
- Housekeeping & light Plant maintenance
- Use of a respirator is required
