Available Shift(s): Nights (6pm-6am 2-2-3)

About the role.
This role supports the efficient and safe operation of the production line by performing hands-on production quality and sanitation tasks. The position plays a key role in ensuring products meet McCains food safety quality and operational standards.
What youll be doing.
- Perform production tasks including filling inspecting sorting and packaging food products
- Monitor raw materials finished products and equipment to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Support equipment operation by assisting with setup start-up shutdown troubleshooting and quality checks
- Perform sanitation duties including chemical use equipment inspections and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Complete required documentation and perform additional tasks as assigned by line leaders and supervisors
What youll need to be successful.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment with a strong commitment to safety sanitation and quality
- Basic English communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Compensation Package:Starting at $22.39USD hourly bonus eligibility hourly pay differential for applicable shifts ($1.75/hr)
