Were looking for a Commodity Buyer Aluminum to help shape our procurement strategy expand our supplier network and drive performance across our aluminum commodities worldwide.

What Youll Do:

Supplier Development & Strategy

• Discovering and onboarding new suppliers especially those offering cuttingedge technologies for our growth areas.
• Building and managing a strong global/regional supplier panel aligned with our business needs.
• Leading the full integration process for new suppliers from scouting and assessments (CSA) to development activities.

Performance & Productivity

• Achieving subcommodity goals in line with Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Creating consolidating and executing productivity and costimprovement initiatives.
• Managing the strategic roadmap for your subcommodity portfolio.

Collaboration & Negotiation

• Driving yearly negotiations and ensuring competitive conditions with assigned suppliers.
• Supporting upcoming product launches by partnering with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
• Leading quarterly supplier performance reviews and ensuring continuous improvement.

Innovation & Growth

• Generating fresh ideas for global procurement projects and capturing new opportunities from suppliers.
• Ensuring future business and customer needs are understood and embedded in procurement strategy.

What We Need:

• Experience: experience as a Commodity Buyer.
• Education: Bachelors degree or above.
• Tools: Project Management Good Proficiency in excel & PowerPoint
• Language: English
