Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer with extensive expertise in Databricks and Lakehouse architecture to lead the development of scalable high-performance data pipelines supporting enterprise analytics this role you will design implement and optimize large-scale data workflows across cloud platforms ensuring compliance security and operational efficiency. Your contributions will enable data-driven decision-making and support our organizations digital transformation objectives with innovative data management practices.

API Developer SRE Team

Role Summary

The API Developer is responsible for designing building and maintaining secure scalable APIs that enable seamless communication and integration between applications services and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure scalable REST APIs and integrations.
• Create API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Integrate backend systems databases and third party services.
• Optimize API performance reliability and response times.
• Implement authentication authorization and API security standards.
• Troubleshoot API failures latency issues and integration problems.
• Write unit tests automation tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain documentation versioning and best practices for API usage.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience (Java / Python / .NET / ).
• Hands on experience in building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good knowledge of API security (OAuth2 JWT API Keys).
• Experience with JSON XML HTTP methods and status codes.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data retrieval and updates.
• Understanding of API documentation tools (Swagger / Postman).
• Experience debugging API calls logs and integrations.
• Experience with API gateways (Kong Apigee Azure API Management AWS API Gateway).

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Understanding of event-driven integrations (Kafka MQ).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Grafana Splunk ELK).
