Job Summary

Known for their commitment to safety innovation and training Summit Air provides an incredible opportunity for flight instructors to work alongside seasoned professionals and help shape the next generation of aviators. The flight instructor role will lead to a flight line position within the Summit Air fleet.
Summit Air offers a comprehensive range of aviation services including charter flights cargo and scheduled operations and is known for its modern fleet and advanced training this role youll be instructing a cohort of 1015 aspiring pilots.

Essential Responsibilities:
Flight Instruction: Conduct in-flight training for a cohort of 10 students ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and safety protocols.
Student Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress providing feedback and coaching to support their development as competent pilots.
Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans that align with Transport Canadas flight training standards fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.
Operational Support: Collaborate with flight school staff to ensure efficient scheduling of training aircraft.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Class 2 Flight Instructor certification.
Strong Interpersonal collaboration presentation and communication skills
Significant professional aviation experience
