Job Summary
Capitol Chevrolet the #1 Volume Chevy Dealer in Austin is seeking a driven and experienced Used Car Manager to join our leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
- Finance experience is a must (Minimum 5 years experience)
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- High energy with a passion for motivating sales teams
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the used car department to achieve volume and gross profit goals
- Manage appraisal process and inventory turn
- Structure deals to ensure profitability and compliance
- Train motivate and hold sales staff accountable for performance
- Work closely with finance to maximize back-end profit and customer satisfaction
