This position reports to:
Production ManagerThe work model for the role is: Ormond Beach Florida
Your role and responsibilities:
- PFEP Mentorship Coach Team Leaders on Plan for Every Person methodology and continuous development
- PFEP Assessments Conduct competency evaluations of Team Leader staff and identify development gaps
- PFEP Onboarding Develop & execute a structured onboarding programs for new Team Leaders
- Develop Team Leaders to recognize & implement cost savings
Qualifications for the role:
- 58 years manufacturing or operations experience
- Previous leadership training or mentoring experience
- Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing 5S continuous improvement tools & MS Suite (Teams Abby Project etc)
- Strong coaching and communication skills
