We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAFM Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system ensuring accurate data entry work order tracking and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis
Log assign and track work orders and service requests
Ensure accurate data entry of assets PPM schedules and maintenance records
Generate reports related to maintenance activities and system performance
Coordinate with maintenance teams supervisors and clients
Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly
Maintain proper documentation and system records
Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
Requirements
Proven experience working with CAFM systems
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English
Strong computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
