Human Resources Assistant

Tasks
In this versatile role you will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the smooth running of our HR DACH operations:
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding offboarding master data updates
- Prepare employment contracts amendments reference letters and certificates
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR systems (BambooHR)
- Handle social insurance topics and communication with public authorities
- Support recruitment activities: post job ads and coordinate interviews
- Support payroll processing for Swiss and German employees including data preparation monthly checks and coordination with an external payroll provider
- Support absence vacation and timetracking processes
- Assist with local audits
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities
- Serve as backup for the Office Manager during absences (office coordination facilityrelated requests daily operational support)
- Ad hoc activities as required
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ) or equivalent education
- HRrelated further education (such as HR Assistant)
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Understanding of Swiss HR processes and social security basics
- Practical solutionoriented mindset with eagerness to learn
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (written reading and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliable precise wellorganized and proactive
