Job Summary

Senior Full Stack Developer Digital Retail & Product Visualization

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the product team responsible for Digital Sales Equipment at the Retail Point of Sales.

This role is a key driver for Product Vision 2020 focused on creating an emotional brand-adequate retail experience through innovative product visualization that distinguishes the brand as a global innovation leader.

The Mission: You will lead the technical realization of a seamless digital customer journey.

This involves designing and building high-performance solutions for vehicle visualization at the point of sale ensuring that the technology delivers immediate joy and excitement to customers while maintaining a robust scalable cloud-native architecture.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Qualification in IT Business Analysis (Diploma / Degree).
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience specifically in AWS & Kubernetes.

Essential Skills (Verified):

Experience in architecting and developing solutions for scalable distributed systems
Security of AWS services securing design of VPC architectures
Expert in Java / JEE
RESTful APIs
Knowledge of design patterns
Databases/SQL (PostgreSQL advantageous)
Docker / Kubernetes
EC2 services
Code versioning (Git)
Jenkins
DevOps
Apache Kafka
Microservices Architectures
Monitoring techniques
Kibana

Key Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance on AWS platform / application.
Meet with end users and gather requirements.
Participate in stand-ups
Propose and review system design and evaluate
Alternatives.
Review and present to Product Owners.
Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
User training
System testing/parallel runs
System implementation
System audits/quality assurance
