Job Summary
Work location: Tempe AZ (Hybrid. 3 days onsite per week)
Note: This position would require the resource to work 4 days per week i.e. Wednesday through Saturday 3:00 PM EST to 1:00 AM EST (1 PM MST to 11 PM MST). Please ensure your candidates are comfortable to follow this work shift.
We are actively seeking Tier 1 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analysts to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations during US daytime hours. Their task will be to help support the evening hours of our Japanese businesses cybersecurity from our clients America region. Given our global footprint and operational dependencies with Japan bilingual candidates with both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency are strongly required.
SOC Analyst - Tier 1 Coverage
Monitor triage and escalate security alerts
Execute playbooks and document incidents
Collaborate with global GSOC teams and follow the GSOC operating model
Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred familiarity with NIST MITRE ATT&CK and GSOC workflows
Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models preferred
Analysts will be required to have both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency
