Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical support skills knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms instruments and materials before procedures.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.
Take and record patient medical histories and maintain accurate records.
Provide chairside assistance during treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment preparation and patient flow efficiently.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or related field.
Valid license or eligibility for licensing preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental instruments sterilization and clinical procedures.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
