Lead ABAP Cloud excellence and shape modern SAP delivery across Denmark and the Nordics
Role summary
As Senior SAP Manager you will be a key member of the management team within NTT DATAs Innovation & Technology area. You help lead and grow a critical capability in our SAP innovation agenda you collaborate closely with your peers across Integration Cloud Development and Fiori to shape our joint direction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead develop and scale the Core Development team within ABAP Cloud and modern SAP development
- Set technical direction and best practices for ABAP Cloud clean core and SAP extensibility
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to customers on SAP cloud transformations and architecture decisions
- Coach and develop consultants through mentoring capability building and certification journeys
- Ensure highquality delivery across SAP S/4HANA and cloudbased projects
- Collaborate closely with peers across Integration Cloud and Fiori to deliver cohesive endtoend solutions
- Contribute to shaping NTT DATAs SAP innovation strategy and future offerings
- Represent Core Development in internal leadership forums and customer discussions

- A strong scalable Core Development capability aligned with SAPs cloud and cleancore strategy
- Consultants who are technically confident motivated and continuously developing their skills
- High customer trust and repeat engagements within SAP S/4HANA and cloud programs
- Clear technical standards that enable predictable highquality delivery
- A visible leadership presence that balances technical depth with commercial and customer insight
Experience & profile
- Senior leadership or managerial experience within SAP development or digital ERP delivery
- Deep expertise in ABAP ABAP Cloud and SAP S/4HANA (certification is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and business processes
- Proven ability to lead people not just technology
- Comfortable in customerfacing roles including workshops advisory sessions and executive dialogue
- Structured analytical and proactive a leader who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward
- Fluent in Danish and English; German is considered a plus
- Willing to travel within Denmark and the Nordics as required
