Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Android Automotive/AOSP Developer to design develop and integrate next-generation infotainment features for production and prototype vehicles. The role involves Android Automotive OS (AAOS) development UI/UX engineering HMI feature creation and integration of Android Auto and IVI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Android Automotive (AAOS) applications services and AOSP components.
  • Implement UI/UX and HMI features for IVI systems.
  • Integrate Android Auto functionalities and optimize IVI user experience.
  • Work with vehicle networks (CAN Ethernet) for feature integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping environments.
  • Participate in JIRA-based sprint planning and Confluence documentation.
  • Support demos POCs and in-vehicle integration testing.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years in Android development; 2 years in AAOS/AOSP preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Android Auto IVI Kotlin/Java and Android frameworks.
  • Experience in UI/UX engineering and infotainment HMI development.
  • Understanding of E/E architectures ECUs and vehicle domain interactions.
  • Familiarity with CAN/Ethernet integration basics.
