Setting out Engineer Drogheda Co. Louth

Salary - up to 65k

Permanent Position

Our client who are an award winning multi-disciplinary building contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This company have over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry.

You will be based on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda this is a permanent position which will be ongoing over the next 2 years.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
Liaising with any consultants subcontractors supervisors planners quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion

Requirements

Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade background
Sound knowledge of construction methods health & safety Environmental and building regulations
Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
