You will lead a stunning luxury nursing home providing residential dementia and nursing care within an elegant purpose-built environment. We are looking for a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager who can establish and uphold the highest standards of care ensuring every resident experiences a true home-from-home atmosphere.

What Youll Do

Hold CQC registration and maintain continuous inspection readiness
Lead clinical governance audits and service improvement plans
Monitor budgets agency usage and occupancy levels
Recruit manage and develop nursing and care teams
Oversee safeguarding complaints and risk management processes
Maintain professional relationships with families commissioners and regulators

What Youll Need

Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Experience as a Nursing Home Manager in a comparable setting
Demonstrable Good or Outstanding CQC inspection outcomes
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
Experience managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams
