Job Description:
As the first multimedia hire you will transform the founders content into a systematic growth engine. Working directly with the CEO you will own the end-to-end production of social-first video motion graphics and podcasts. You will bridge the gap between complex technical AI concepts and engaging storytelling to drive enterprise acquisition.

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end video production including filming high-end After Effects animation and social-first editing for the CEO and leadership team
Manage and produce a comprehensive podcast series handling everything from creative direction and guest coordination to post-production
Build and execute a multi-channel content calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube to establish authority in the RevOps and AI space

The ideal candidate:

2 years of social-first content experience with a strong portfolio featuring professional video editing and motion graphics mastery
High-intensity startup mindset with the ability to execute autonomously and turn complex technical ideas into clear compelling narratives
Proven track record of producing B2B content that drives engagement and understands the nuances of the LinkedIn and Twitter algorithms
