Intern (m/f/d) Strategy & Business Operations eBay Motors

You will join the Strategy & Business Operations team for Parts & Accessories (eBay Motors) in Dreilinden. The team works on central initiatives to drive marketplace growth improve category performance and strengthen supply and inventory across the platform.
What you will accomplish
- Support the Strategy & Operations team and leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
- Analyze key business metrics and marketplace performance to support data-driven decision making
- Independently handle smaller projects or workstreams coordinate activities with collaborators
- Conduct inventory and category analysis to identify growth opportunities and supply gaps
- Support business reporting and preparation of presentations for internal collaborators
- Collect analyze and structure data from internal and external sources
What you will bring
- Strong academic performance preferably in Business Administration Business Informatics Industrial Engineering or a related field; other subject areas are welcome if you bring exposure to strategy consulting analytics business development or project management
- Strong analytical approach and ability to work with data to derive insights
- Interest or affinity for analytics and data tools (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or similar tools a plus)
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong interest in digital marketplaces and e-commerce
- High level of motivation ownership and strong communication skills
- Very good Google Workspace and/or MS Office skills
- Knowledge of the e-commerce or automotive aftermarket landscape is a plus
- Strong team spirit service orientation and proactive demeanor
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
