The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to own the top-of-funnel research and prospect identification this role you will identify high-intent B2B prospects across industries such as Healthcare Retail and other key verticals.
You will leverage data scraping tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and research techniques to build targeted lead lists that help our sales team engage the right businesses at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-quality B2B prospects across target industries
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data scraping tools
- Extract and structure prospect data using tools like Apify and Outscraper
- Identify intent-based triggers (e.g. website issues SEO gaps growth signals) to find businesses that may need our services
- Maintain and update clean structured lead databases for outreach campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to refine targeting and improve lead quality
Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation prospect research or data sourcing
- Hands-on experience with scraping and data extraction tools such as Apify or Outscraper
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to identify signals and triggers that indicate potential business needs
Nice to Have
- Experience working with outbound sales or growth teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead enrichment platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO websites or digital growth signals
