We are hiring a Lab Inchargeto lead the Quality Control & Assurance function at ourclients modern cattle feed manufacturing plant in Gujarat. The role will ensure that raw materials in-process production and finished products consistently meet stringent quality standards.

About the Role:
We are hiring a Lab Inchargeto lead the Quality Control & Assurance function at ourclients modern cattle feed manufacturing plant in Gujarat. The role will ensure that raw materials in-process production and finished products consistently meet stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations testing and analysis.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems for raw materials and finished feed.
- Conduct nutritional chemical and microbiological testing as per industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to BIS FSSAI and other regulatory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation.
- Lead and train lab technicians to maintain testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
- . / . in Chemistry Biochemistry Animal Nutrition or related field.
- 510 years experience in a QC/QA laboratory preferably in cattle feed food agro or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality testing protocols standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership ability to manage lab teams and ensure compliance.
- Detail-oriented analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Leadership role in laboratory & quality assurance at a leading cattle feed manufacturer.
