Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Technical PM / Architect to spearhead operations and system upgradations for a new Global Capability Center (GCC) setup serving a major international enterprise this dual-capacity role you will act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client translating complex business requirements into scalable architectural designs while managing end-to-end project delivery. You will lead a high-performing team of 810 members ensuring smooth operations seamless ERP integrations and strict adherence to Agile milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Leadership
- Act as the primary SPOC for international enterprise stakeholders leading technical discovery calls and progress reviews.
- Manage the day-to-end operations of the GCC setup ensuring all client-facing milestones and budget targets are met.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various domains to resolve technical bottlenecks and align on delivery goals.
- Implement and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies to maintain a high velocity of delivery and transparency.
Architectural Oversight & Upgradations
- Lead the technical roadmap for system upgradations ensuring modern microservices architecture and cloud-native principles are applied.
- Design and oversee complex ERP integrations ensuring data integrity and performance across AWS/Azure environments.
- Review technical designs and code to maintain high standards of quality security and scalability within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation providing regular reporting to the Delivery Head and client leadership.

Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in CS IT or Engineering.
- Experience: 1215 years of experience in technical leadership with a proven track record in GCC or large-scale enterprise operations.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP CSM (Scrum Master) or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.

First 6 Months Priority Focus
- Establish operational workflows and Agile ceremonies for the new GCC setup.
- Audit current ERP and system architecture to define a 12-month upgradation roadmap.
- Build a strong rapport with international stakeholders as the trusted technical SPOC.
- Baseline project budgets and performance KPIs for the 810 member team.
