- Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portioning across all dishes.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking to maintain Filias authentic Italian standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate line cooks and junior staff during service.
- Provide training coaching and mentorship to develop culinary skills and uphold standards.
- Act as the kitchen leader in the Chef de Cuisines absence.
Operational Support
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- Manage inventory ordering and supplier relationships with a focus on premium quality and sustainability.
- Monitor food costs and assist in achieving profitability targets.
Quality & Safety
- Uphold hygiene sanitation and food safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities.
