Job Summary

System Design & Optimization: Oversee the operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs) Chillers and Cooling Towers. Optimize airflow patterns and pressure cascades to prevent cross-contamination between different processing zones.
Validation & Qualification: Lead the Re-qualification of cleanrooms including HEPA filter integrity testing (PAO/DOP) Particle Counting Air Visualization (Smoke Studies) and Recovery Tests.
Compliance & QMS: Manage HVAC-related Change Controls and Deviations. Investigate any Out of Specification (OOS) environmental conditions (Temperature/RH excursions) and implement robust CAPAs.
Energy Management: Implement energy-saving initiatives such as installing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) on blower motors and optimizing chiller plant performance (kW/TR) to reduce operational costs.
BMS Oversight: Supervise the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure real-time monitoring of critical parameters and audit-trail compliance (21 CFR Part 11).
Vendor & Team Management: Coordinate with external consultants for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and lead a team of engineers/technicians to ensure 24/7 utility uptime.
