JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Operations & Sales Leadership
- Daily Coordination: Manage daily operations based on specific campaigns including lead distribution shift scheduling and task prioritization.

2) Quality Management & Compliance

- Experience: 35 years in telesales for financial products (loans credit cards insurance etc.).
- Leadership: At least 12 years of experience managing a telesales or call center team.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Banking/Consumer Finance processes (eligibility documentation approval and disbursement).
- Core Skills: Strong expertise in KPI/SLA management coaching QA/QC and compliance.
- Mindset: Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to improvement; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems dialer software call monitoring tools and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience in Startup/Fintech environments.
