Job Title
904 Receiver (Evening)About This Role:
Giant Tiger Wholesale is looking to hire an Evening Receiver for our 660000 square foot distribution centre in Johnstown Ontario!
What Youll Do:
Verify items received for accuracy against purchase orders and trailer maps
Report quality variances and ensure accuracy of received product
Clearly sign all transport documentation and indicate any discrepancies
Communicate all discrepancies and errors to shift supervisor
Separating orders (stores) if mixed on a skid
Usage of RF units and ability to anchor to shipping lanes and Pack & Hold
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security levels are maintained
What Youll Bring:
Familiar with material handling equipment
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision
Experience with or a basic understanding of personal computer is required
Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMOS) experience is an asset
Willingness to be trained on the operation of a forklift machine
Receiving experience is an asset
When Youll Work:
Friday to Monday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Hourly Rate
