Description of the Position:
As a member of the Corporate Partnerships Team the Co-op Corporate Partnerships willbe responsible forhelping the team with research and prospecting for the Heal the Future campaign launch through strengthening the fundraising pipeline enhancing data-informed prospecting strategies and providing administrative and operational support to the team.
Position Status: Temporary Full-Time
Co-op Placement Full-time Unpaid (4 months)
Co-op students are reimbursed for business related expenses up to $700 a month during the term of your placement.
Available: May 2026
You will:
- Conduct research and provide analysis for lapsed corporate donors andidentifynew corporate prospects across existing and emerging industries
- Organizing internal prospect tracking reports and working with fundraisers to ensure data isup-to-date
- Develop prospect profiles including:
- Industry snapshots and trend analysis
- Company overview and financial snapshot
- CSR/ESG priorities and community investment focus
- Philanthropic and sponsorship history
- Identifieddecision-makers and available contact information using LinkedIn and other online resources
- Preliminary assessment of alignment with Heal the Future priorities
- Assistin building and formatting PowerPoint or Canva presentations for corporate outreach
- Supporting the team with donor grant application submission
- Support with in-market cause marketing campaign
- KYDs CRM data entry and SharePoint file management support
- Internal meeting preparation and action item follow-up
- Support withadditionaloffice and administrative duties and projects asrequired
Qualifications:

- Enrolled in Business Commerce Economics Data Analytics Marketing Public Policy Nonprofit Management ora related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable synthesizinglarge amountsof information into concise insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Proficient in Excel PowerPoint/Canva ChatGPT or CoPilot
- Interest in corporate philanthropy strategy or healthcare advancement.
- Availability to support internal or donor events that may run into the evening periodically
- Works well independently and as part of a team with a willingness to pitch in and support a variety of projects as needed
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize and multitask
- Flexible and adaptable able to easily adjust to new tactics and strategies as theyemerge
