Job Summary
We are looking for a Remote Travel Experience Representative to assist travelers before during and after their trips. This role focuses on providing helpful support coordinating travel details and ensuring clients have a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email phone and messaging platforms to provide assistance and travel guidance

Review itineraries confirm travel arrangements and assist with updates or general requests

Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and agency procedures

Follow up with travelers before departure to confirm details and answer questions
