AutoScout24 Group leader in the Digital Automotive sector is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (f/m/d) for the Triveneto area to join the team on a full-time permanent contract.
The selected candidate will drive the development and growth of the most relevant and high-potential clients directly contributing to revenue profitability and strategic positioning within the region.
As a Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients (dealer groups structured partners) with the objective of:
- Maximizing growth and retention
- Building long-term partnerships
- Developing tailored commercial strategies
- Generating significant impact on revenue and profitability
You will act as a key point of contact for top clients and work closely with all internal departments to design integrated high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-revenue strategic clients
- Define and implement structured account plans and multi-year growth strategies
- Lead complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full product ecosystem
- Analyze performance KPIs and market data to create customized value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the Strategic segment
What were looking for:
Must have:
- 5 years of experience in B2B Sales roles preferably in digital/media environments
- Experience managing complex clients and high-value negotiations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good written and spoken English (at least B1 level)
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the automotive sector
- Experience selling high-value digital solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
