Your Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls engaging prospective clients in French and English.
Promote tailored solutions guide clients through the sales process and achieve daily KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and maintain excellent service standards.
Document all interactions and update CRM records accurately.

Requirements

Fluent French (native-level) and strong English.
Sales-driven mindset motivated by targets and rewards.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
EU citizenship valid work permit or Certificate of Protection (refugee status).

What We Offer

Base Salary: 1045 gross/month (14 payments/year)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary
Relocation Support (choose one option):

All expenses covered flight hotel stay and real estate agency fee

250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)
