Role Overview
We are currently looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international customer service team in this role you will assist customers with their inquiries provide helpful guidance and ensure a positive service experience.
You will interact with customers through various communication channels while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities

Provide professional assistance to customers and respond to their inquiries.

Offer clear information and support regarding general service-related matters.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions when possible.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

Document customer interactions and follow company processes.

Work as part of a team to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Requirements

Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native).

Good English communication skills (B2 level) for internal communication and training.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Comfortable using computers and different digital tools.
-
A positive customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
-
Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
