Chief Financial Officer

This role will be responsible for financial planning reporting budgeting and financial control ensuring strong governance and alignment with corporate standards within a SAP-driven environment.

CFO / FINANCE MANAGER - BULGARIA

Location: Plovdiv Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing

THE JOB

• Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the company ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in line with corporate and statutory requirements

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process supporting strategic and operational planning

• Monitor financial performance KPIs and cost control to ensure business profitability

• Work closely with plant management to support operational and financial decision-making

• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and group policies

• Coordinate external audits tax filings and statutory reporting

• Drive improvements in financial processes controls and reporting systems

• Act as the key finance contact for SAP financial modules ensuring accurate data and reporting

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and financial process optimization

THE PERSON

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field

• Minimum 58 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and financial analysis

• Experience working with SAP ERP systems (FI/CO modules preferred)

• Solid understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Native Bulgarian fluent English German knowledge is an advantage
