About the role
Senior Compliance Partner is the organisations central point for identifying opportunities to strengthen our compliance supporting senior leaders make informed confident decisions. It leads all compliance reporting and works closely with executives and business areas to translate performance insights and obligations into clear actions. Its a role that blends analysis influence and partnership to strengthen how the TAC meets its regulatory and legislative responsibilities.

What were looking for
Leading and Maintaining Our Compliance Framework
Youll look after the organisations core compliance framework making sure our obligations are understood monitored and clearly reported to senior leaders and the Board. This includes keeping our remediation plans up to date tracking progress and helping the business understand how their compliance performance is trending.
Turning Data and Assurance Work into Practical Insights
Youll analyse compliance internal audit and external audit results to identify patterns risks and opportunities and turn them into clear insights leaders can act on. This includes preparing highquality reports and presentations completing secondline assurance activities and helping shape our compliance and risk programs with evidencebased advice.
Building Strong Relationships and Uplifting Compliance Capability
Youll work closely with leaders and teams across the organisation to understand their needs provide practical compliance guidance and help build a strong compliance culture. This includes supporting training maintaining key compliance registers and documents and offering trusted advice that helps teams meet their obligations with confidence.
