Were seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to join our Build Professional Services practice a senior leader who excels at the intersection of people leadership delivery excellence and meaningful customer impact.
This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced practice leader who wants to shape strategy scale high-performing teams and partner with customers on complex high-value engagements that drive measurable outcomes.
As a key voice across presales delivery and practice evolution youll collaborate closely with our teams in Growth Advisory PMO and Practice Leads to ensure exceptional results for both our customers and our people.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead and assure the delivery of complex strategic engagements acting as a trusted advisor to senior customers and providing delivery escalation support.
Shape solutions and Statements of Work by engaging early in presales and partnering closely with Growth and Advisory teams.
Lead and grow a practicealigned team of consultants and engineers building strong capability succession and career pathways.
Drive recruitment retention and engagement while fostering a strong delivery mindset and engineering culture.
Act as a custodian of your practice championing standards learning reusable IP and community participation.
What Youll Bring
10 years in your practice domain (Digital) including senior delivery or practice leadership experience.
Proven experience across the full client lifecycle from presales shaping through to delivery.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assure complex delivery outcomes.
Confidence partnering with senior customers and engaging executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated people leadership capability with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams.
Experience shaping solutions and reviewing Statements of Work.
A relevant degree (IT Engineering or equivalent) and industry certifications across delivery Agile and/or cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Experience working in a Professorial Services environment.
