What are we looking for

Were seeking a Cloud/CNAPP Security Professional Services Consultant who thrives in dynamic customer-facing environments and is passionate about helping organizations operationalize modern cloud security architectures. You understand that success is not just about deploying technologyits about assisting customers to achieve resilience scalability and visibility across their cloud-native applications and workloads. Your role will be pivotal in onboarding customers to SentinelOnes cloud product lines and ensuring their deployments are secure and effective from day one.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency in public cloud platforms Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices as well as a strong background in endpoint and container security. Youve led deployments or served in advisory roles where cloud EDR serverless security and infrastructure automation were central. You can confidently troubleshoot complex environments across AWS Azure GCP OCI and provide hands-on guidance for configuring cloud workloads managing Kubernetes clusters and integrating with CI/CD pipelines / VCS repos or security operations tooling. SIEM and SOAR working experience is desirable.

Youre also an excellent communicator and trusted advisor. You can build collaborative implementation plans facilitate working sessions with customer stakeholders and articulate cloud security best practices in a clear actionable way. Whether youre leading an enablement session solving a deployment roadblock or contributing to internal playbooks you bring a consultative mindset precision in delivery and a genuine desire to drive success across every stage of the customer lifecycle.

What will you do

• Deliver implementation enablement and advisory for SentinelOne cloud products and technologies.
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging Kubernetes / AWS Serverless / OpenShift deployments.
• Strong understanding of Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform security automation techniques and DevSecOps.
• Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
• Work with customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices platform management and product usage.
• Represent and advocate for customer needs and issues cross-departmentally.
• Continuously improve methodologies deliverables and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience.
• Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation.

What skills and knowledge should you bring

• Cloud Platforms: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP OCI).
• Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes Helm Terraform Minikube) and managing Kubernetes clusters On-Prem and with Cloud Service Providers.
• Endpoint Detection and Response: Experience with EDR/XDR tools.
• Networking Concepts: Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and cloud network architecture.
• Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python PowerShell Bash).
• Database Management: Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
• Cloud Administration: Proven experience managing cloud environments and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies from leading Cloud Service Providers.
• Security Practices: Strong knowledge of security technologies architecture and operations including threat handling incident response and SOC operations.
• Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-centric approach with a strong desire and ability to work with customers in a technical capacity.
• Field Services Experience: 7 years in a field services role (professional services pre-sales support etc.) preferably in a cybersecurity-related domain.
• Industry Certifications: CompTIA CKA RHCSA AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud demonstrating domain expertise in cloud technologies and endpoint solutions.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g. Splunk SentinelOne AI SIEM Exabeam QRadar etc.) security data ingestion pipelines and SOAR.
