Job Summary
Performs the primary function of assisting with patient care in the perioperative setting including but not limited to: transportation of patients safe cleanup of surgical suite stocking and inventory
of supplies preparation of instruments for sterilization and daily documentation and monitoring of sterilizers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be knowledgeable in patient care sterile technique and Universal Precautions.
He or she must have a caring attitude toward their patients and be able to switch job assignments very quickly.
