Job Summary

GROUNDS WORKER
BUILDING & GROUNDS

SHIFT A

6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

Be in good health with no physical limitations which would interfere with job performance.
Be a licensed driver and/or have transportation to and from work site.
Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude with equipment necessary to fulfill assigned tasks.
Experince in landscaping. Must know how to use a zero turn lawn mower.
Must know how to use salt spreader and snow plow.
Must be willing to work overtime.
Other qualifications as specified by the Franklin Township Board of Education.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with the provisions of the BOE/FTSSA Collective Bargaining Agreement the base hourly rate for the Grounds Worker position for the 2526 school year is $23.70 per hour for individuals hired on or after July 1 1998. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience and education.
