Job Summary
Greenway Ford is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our growing this role youll be responsible for performing high-quality repairs to vehicles body and structural components ensuring safety precision and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs including body panel replacement dent removal and frame straightening
Conduct thorough inspections of body damage and provide accurate repair estimates
Repair or replace worn damaged or malfunctioning vehicle parts
Ensure vehicles meet all safety and quality standards before returning to customers
Use power tools welding equipment paint prep machines and common hand tools to perform tasks
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repair processes while meeting deadlines
Follow manufacturer specifications repair procedures and dealership guidelines
Work closely with estimators service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician (Ford dealership experience a plus)
I-CAR ASE or OEM certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of auto body repair methods equipment and safety procedures
Ability to identify problems quickly and recommend effective solutions
Proficiency with repair manuals computerized estimating systems and diagnostic equipment
Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred
Positive friendly attitude and commitment to customer service
