- Back up support for Global Travel Manager
- Serve as clients first level of escalation point in customer service concerns
- Delivering a high-level customer service support.
- Combine customer service reports to determine trends to improve the customer experience
- Lead client projects as required
- Perform administration duties including updating and maintaining documentation performing research and presenting new tool/resource opportunities
- Support client communications through creation of training materials and maintenance of client intranet sites.
- Conduct internal client training as required
- Provide vendor contact and support including hotel program support/rate cap management shared economy service providers and coordinate vendor promotions
- Provide progress reports including management and tracking of policy exceptions unused tickets quarterly reporting to client management team etc.
- Analyse trend data for client business and provides recommendations to Program Manager and/or client that advances compliance and/or performance goals
- Work with client & CWT internal departments to streamline and improve efficiencies
- Collaborate with Program Managers in the creation and production of client review presentation materials; play an active role in the delivery of the client review
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of products and services
- Help the Program Manager with initiatives outlined in client business plans
- Act as an interface between business units technology teams and support teams.
